程式把你的靜坐記錄存在自己的儲存空間裡，包括開始與結束的時間、 算給你的時間長度、動了幾次，以及你設定的段數和語言。
這些全部只留在你的手機裡。 開發者從來沒看過、沒收到過，也沒有任何管道可以收到。
相機模式只用前鏡頭判斷你有沒有閉眼。畫面在記憶體中即時處理後立刻丟棄。 不會存成檔案、不會傳出手機、也不會辨識或記住任何人的臉。 這個模式可用可不用，靜止模式完全不動用相機。
靜止模式讀取手機的加速度感應器，用來判斷你是否保持不動。 讀到的數值當下算完就丟，只保留每一段的統計結果。
當你按下匯出，程式會產生一份你的記錄檔，交給你自己選的另一個程式。 目的地每一次都是你選的。 程式不會自動把檔案送去任何地方，開發者也不會拿到副本。
在記錄頁長按任何一段即可單獨刪除； 或直接解除安裝程式，手機裡的資料會立刻全部消失。
本程式適合所有年齡層。由於完全不收集任何資料， 自然也不會收集兒童的資料。
若有變更，會直接修改本頁並標註新的更新日期。
Jindan collects nothing about you, sends nothing off your phone, and has no internet access at all.
The app keeps your sitting history in its own storage: when each round started and ended, how much time was counted, how many times you moved, and your settings such as number of rounds and language.
All of it stays on your device. The developer has never seen it, has never received it, and has no channel through which it could be received.
Camera mode uses the front camera for one purpose only: to tell whether your eyes are closed. Frames are processed in memory and discarded at once. Nothing is written to disk, nothing leaves the phone, and no face is recognised or remembered. The mode is optional; stillness mode never uses the camera.
Stillness mode reads the device accelerometer to tell whether you are holding still. Readings are used in the moment and discarded; only the per-round summary figures are kept.
When you tap export, the app builds a file of your own history and hands it to another app that you choose. You pick the destination every time. The app never sends the file anywhere on its own, and the developer does not receive a copy.
Press and hold any round in the log to delete it, or uninstall the app, which removes everything from the device at once.
The app is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no data at all, it collects no data from children either.
